2008 SPONSORSHIP FORM

BUS SPONSORSHIP:  $300.00

Bus will have the sponsor’s name on it and will be recognized in the program as a sponsor as well as being recognized at the event.

CORPORATE SPONSOR-FIRST PITCH:  $1,000.00

Corporate sponsorship in the name of a local non-profit La Crosse Area event, program and/or

festival so that an individual representing the organization can throw out the 1st Pitch.

TAILGATE SPONSORS:  $1,000.00

As tailgate sponsor the company’s name and logo will be included on all signage at the tailgate party and will appear prominently recognized at the event and will be included in the program.

IN-KIND SPONSORS:  FOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES NEEDED

Those individuals or companies providing in kind products and services will be recognized at the event and their name will appear on the recognition board at the event.  Those products and services being solicited include:  Bottled water, soda, beer, snacks, event novelties i.e. hats, t-shirts, sign boards and banners.

Services needed include printing services, meeting rooms for committee planning sessions, cell phones for event coordinators, sound stage, tent and tables for the tailgate party, musicians, singers and entertainers representing the La Crosse Area.  Media relations, media services and other

promotional services.
